Southern New Hampshire Medical Center is seeking a 4 West Registered Nurse for the PCU/Stepdown unit in Nashua, NH. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care for adolescent and adult patients, focusing on stroke, respiratory, renal and telemetry care during nights (7p–7a) with an every-other-weekend schedule.

You will complete orientation, deliver evidence-based care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN).
• Registered Nurse licensed in NH and in good standing.
• PCU/Stepdown experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care and establish goals for patients.
• Engage patients and families in the care plan and provide education.
• Care for adolescent and adult patients with stroke, respiratory, renal and telemetry needs.
