Columbus Behavioral Center for Children and Adolescents is a residential mental health services to males and females ages 8 to 18. Located in the greater Columbus, Indiana area, our 57-bed residential facility provides support to each child and teen that walks through the doors. We work with the resident, family and community partners to promote a smooth transition back into the home or, if necessary, an additional appropriate level of care.
The Registered Nurse delivers, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with treatment team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The Registered Nurse must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served.

Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A minimum of two years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred. Currently licensed to practice by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
