Job summary

Global Quality Home Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our in-home care team as a PRN role. You will conduct client visits, assess health conditions and living environments, and develop individualized ADL plans based on client needs while evaluating caregiver performance.

Qualifications

• Valid and current RN license in South Carolina.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in conducting health assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client visits to assess health conditions and living environments.
• Develop individualized care plans, including ADLs, based on client needs.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting client visits, assessing client conditions and environments, developing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) plans based on client needs, and evaluating caregiver performance.

Qualifications
