The Missouri Veterans Home in Missouri seeks a PRN Registered Nurse who will help us grow our nursing assistant program by teaching CNA classes and mentoring students.

Qualified candidates hold a Missouri RN license in good standing and a Certified Nursing Aide Instructor Certification. The role includes delivering instruction, upholding infection control standards, and supporting in-service education initiatives.

Formación

• Licensed RN in Missouri in good standing.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Certified Nursing Aide Instructor Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct CNA classes held at the Home.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and train others in these procedures.
• Participate in in-service and continuing education presentations.
• Evaluate CNA student trainees' skills and provide constructive feedback.
• Follow established policies and procedures. Document all nursing assessments, interventions and evaluations.

Hourly Wage: $38.92 - $41.80

Examples Of Work

• Instruct the Certified Nursing Aide classes held at the Home

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri – in good standing
• 1+ year of experience as a registered nurse
• Certified Nursing Aide Instructor Certification
