Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide independent, routine, and complex patient care in a clinical setting, demonstrating competence and coordinating care with the team. You will use the nursing process for assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation; address psychological and cultural needs, and educate patients and families.

Administer medications per protocol, document history and care, and validate competencies through orientation and residency

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS certification required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources.
