Job summary

Haxtun Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our PRN team. You will perform patient assessments, document findings, and work with physicians to develop individualized care plans, accommodating flexible shifts and open availability.

This PRN, non-exempt position offers starting pay range of $38.00–$49.40 per hour, plus a 10% PRN differential and additional night/weekend differentials; applications close Dec 21, 2026.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a BSN or ADN and at least 1 year of related experience.
• Current and valid RN license in Colorado state.
• TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
• Ability to deliver high-quality patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN

Haxtun Health is seeking dedicated and adaptable RNs to join our PRN team. You'll utilize your nursing expertise to deliver high-quality patient care, working on a flexible basis to meet our staffing needs and your availability.

• Starting Pay Range: $38.00/hr - $49.40/hr, depending on experience
• Position Status: PRN, non-exempt
• Shift: As a PRN team member, you’ll have the opportunity to build a schedule that works best for your life based on the availability of open shifts.
• PRN Differential: +10% of base wage
• Shift Differentials: Nights = +10% of base wage (after 6pm), Weekends = +15% of base wage

Job Summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • BSN from four-year college or university or ADN program with minimum of one (1) year related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current and valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 (one) year experience in healthcare setting
