Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join the Gadsden Re-Entry Center team in Havana, Florida. The RN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an Associate's degree, Florida RN license, at least 1 year of Centurion and RN experience, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Centurion experience required.
• At least 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in CPR.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
• Available Shift: Days, Evenings and Weekends; 8-hour shifts.

We are currently seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join our team at Gadsden Re-Entry Center located in Havana, Florida.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required
• Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Centurion experience required
• At least 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Days, Evenings and Weekends; As Needed. 8-hour shifts.
