Canyon Creek Behavioral Health in Temple, TX is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) to coordinate and evaluate patient care with the health team, following the nursing process and standards of care.

The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
Education: Required: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing; Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred; minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility preferred.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification and training in appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint within 30 days of employment. Successful completion of Handle with Care training and Service Excellence Training within 30 days of employment. Certifications may be obtained during new hire orientation.
