Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services including injury assessment, first aid, documentation, vaccination review and administration.
• Collaborate with onsite leadership and medical director to support safe return to work practices.
• Perform urine drug screens with proper chain of custody and prepare specimens for lab submission.
• Maintain exam rooms, labs, and treatment areas, restocking supplies as needed.
• Serve as a health and wellness resource for employees.
• Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of health information.
• Perform front office clerical duties and handle check-in/check-out processes.
• Dispense medications as directed by practitioners and per state regulations.
• Maintain and calibrate clinical equipment and document procedures.
• Perform ancillary testing and tasks (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws) according to policy.

Position Summary

Onsite Innovations has a need for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) at our client’s site in Memphis, TN in a PRN (as-needed) role. This position offers an opportunity to work at a dynamic worksite and make an impact on employee health, wellness, and safety!

Clinic Hours (potential coverage times): M-F 8am-4pm

Assists practitioners with patient care, physical examinations, ancillary tests, and performs a variety of administrative duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

THE DETAILS

• Provide occupational health services including injury assessment, first aid care, accurate medical documentation, vaccination review and administration.
• Collaborate with onsite leadership and medical director to provide complete care and support safe return to work practices.
• Performs urine drug screens, using proper chain of custody; ensures preparation for pick-up and shipment to appropriate laboratory
• Maintains exam rooms, lab area and treatment rooms clean and stocked, maintaining inventory of supplies and re-orders as needed
• Serve as a health and wellness resource to employees.
• Assists in medical record maintenance by keeping health, administrative, and program records onsite, safeguarding confidentiality of employee health information
• Performs front office clerical duties such as answering telephones, check-in, check-out and record processing
• Dispenses medications as directed by practitioner and in accordance with state regulations
• Maintains and operates all clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures
• Performs ancillary testing and tasks as ordered by the Center Medical Director ( PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws) in accordance with established policies and procedures

Education/Credentials
