Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our office-based-lab team. The RN will manage patients with medical conditions or surgical procedures, assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care on site.

Requirements include 2+ years in acute care, active RN license, and ACLS/BLS certification; conscious sedation experience is preferred. Occasional remote travel may be required as part of patient care and team support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in acute care settings (Cath Lab/IR Lab ER, ICU, CVICU, PACU).
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Conscious Sedation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing in the state of application.

Position Overview:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing patients admitted or being seen for medical conditions or surgical procedures. They will perform the primary function of a professional nurse in assessing, planning, guiding, and evaluating nursing care provided to patients. The RN will work in our office-based-lab setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide clinical employees that are under their supervision.
• May be occasions when it will be necessary for some remote travel.
• Demonstrates service excellence in accordance with UVVC standards at all times.
