Job summary

UVVC is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage patients in our office-based-lab setting in Texas. The RN will assess, plan, guide, and evaluate nursing care for patients with medical or surgical conditions.

The role emphasizes leadership within the healthcare team, adherence to HIPAA and UVVC standards, and a commitment to our core values. Some remote travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (Cath Lab/IR Lab ER, ICU, CVICU, PACU).
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Conscious Sedation experience preferred.
• Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state to which you are applying.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide clinical employees that are under their supervision.
• May be occasions when it will be necessary for some remote travel.
• Demonstrates service excellence in accordance with UVVC standards at all times.
