Job summary

Franciscan Health Crawfordsville Campus RN position offers compassionate, patient-focused care in a faith-based setting. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based nursing and coordinate care for patients and families.

The role requires an RN license in Indiana, an associate degree as a minimum, and active BLS certification, with preferred bachelor’s degree in nursing and 3–5 years of acute care experience. Some shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care.
• Active RN license; recent 3–5 years acute care experience if diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per individualized plan of care.
• Develop and implement care plans, reassess and evaluate patient progress.
• Listen to patients, assess needs, and document carefully.

Qualifications

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• 5 years if education is Diploma in Nursing must have active RN license and recent 3-5 years acute care experience Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
