Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Hodgenville, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 1-on-1 with pediatric and/or adult patients in their home. We offer full-time and part-time roles with day, evening, and night shifts to fit various schedules.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state where practice is required.
• Current TB test and Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
