Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

WhatYou’ll Do

• Administer medications and provide basic woundcare under clinician supervision
• Prepare and administer immunizations for patientsacross all age groups
• Educate patients on chronic disease management,including diabetes and hypertension
• Triage patient calls and address clinical concerns
• Support care coordination and positive patientoutcomes
• Obtain vital signs, reconcile medications, andmaintain accurate records in Athena
• Perform in-office procedures, including EKGs,strep/flu/COVID testing, and ear lavage
• Manage lab samples and maintain accuratedocumentation

Clinical& Administrative Support

• Support efficient patient intake and smooth dailyoffice operations
• Assist with documentation, scanning,correspondence, and other clerical tasks
• Maintain and replenish medical supplies
• Autoclave instruments and assist with vaccinesupply management
• Support prior authorizations and communicate withmedical insurance providers

Quality& Teamwork

• Follow clinical protocols and participate inquality improvement initiatives
