The RN will manage vital signs, care coordination, and patient education while adhering to policies and safety guidelines. Overtime may be required to ensure timely care for patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must be registered with NC Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Experience using EMR/HER software in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills and privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following regulations and policies.
• Assist physicians during office visits, exams, and procedures.
• Record vital signs, health history, medications, and allergies in EMR.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures; manage supplies.
• Administer medications and immunizations as ordered.
