Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Registered Nurse to provide primary care to adult Medicaid patients with complex needs. The role is weekdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at Salem or Saugus locations, with assignment based on operational needs.

You will perform triage and nurse visits, educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care in ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required; bachelor's preferred.
• RN license and BLS certification preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience in ambulatory/outpatient settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in outpatient setting with high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, assist procedures.
• Educate patients/families on treatments, meds, and post-procedure care.

This position will support two locations based on operational needs: Salem (331 Highland Ave, Salem, MA 01970) and Saugus (1069 Broadway, Saugus, MA 01906). The schedule will be planned in advance, with the RN working at one location for the full day.The role will include a mix of triage and nurse visits, working collaboratively with the care team to support the needs of the patient population.Summary:Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.Does this position require Patient Care?
