Job summary

Scottish Rite for Children is seeking a Registered Nurse for Preop/Postop care in Frisco. This role includes coordinating nursing care, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support pediatric patients.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing with 2+ years of pediatric nursing experience, Texas RN licensure, and EPIC EMR proficiency. The position can be full‑time or part‑time, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 3 ten‑hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN license or eligible for a temporary permit from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
• 2 or more years nursing experience required.
• Pediatric experience required.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• PALS certification.
• EPIC experience required.
• Full time or part time status required.
• Must submit proof of meeting the Nursing Professional Development Advancement Program requirements annually to obtain and maintain RN III status.
