2. Develop and implement individualized perianesthesia care plans, ensuring safety and comfort.
3. Administer medications, manage pain, and perform interventions to maintain tissue perfusion and prevent infection.
4. Educate patients and families on postoperative care, involving them in decision-making.
5. Ensure proper documentation, effective communication during hand-offs, and compliance with policies.
6. Collaborate with healthcare teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
7. Maintain required nursing licenses, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (if applicable).
