Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Current RN license in MO or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, C-EFM) may be required based on the unit or specialty
