Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a Pre-Surgical Testing Registered Nurse in Indiana. You will implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in accordance with standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.

As an RN, you’ll advocate for patients and ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues. This full-time, day-shift role offers opportunities for growth, tuition benefits, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a supportive team culture

Qualifications

• Education: RN program graduate.
• Licensure: Indiana RN license and CPR certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Experience: 6+ months nursing in inpatient acute care, preferably PST or Surgical Care.

About The Job

As a Pre-Surgical Testing Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Experience: 6+ months recent prior nursing experience in an inpatient acute care setting, preferably in Pre-Surgical Testing or Surgical Care.
