Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN pre-op/post-op coverage at our Southgate location. The RN will assess and document patient care, supervise circulating staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate with an active RN license in the state, and optional BSN; prior OR/ASC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• RN license valid in state of work.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in OR and related settings.
• Supervise and direct patient care in an operating suite environment.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient rights awareness.
• Document nursing care accurately and timely in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to ensure safe care.
• Participate in continuing education and QA programs.
