Mimbres Valley Medical Center in Deming, NM seeks an enthusiastic Registered Nurse for Pre OP/PACU to join our community-focused team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate across disciplines, and support patients through perioperative stages in a on-site, full-time role.

The position offers a $25,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment and opportunities for professional development within a supportive work environment.

Competenze

• RN Licensure in the State of New Mexico.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; critical care or surgical services preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications or obtainable per policy on hire.
• Specialty certification is preferred.

Shift: Days
Hours: 40 Hours a Week, 8 Hour Shifts
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Hire with a 2-Year Commitment

Job Summary:

• Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
• Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.

Qualifications:

• RN Licensure in the State of New Mexico
• Graduate of an accredited RN Program.
• 2 years Nursing experience in critical care, surgical services preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS & PALS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain such certification.
