NueHealth in Lee's Summit, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to act as a patient advocate, ensuring continuity of care tailored to individual patient needs. The role involves collaborating with the healthcare team, performing patient assessments, and formulating care plans based on determined needs. Ideal candidates must possess a degree from an accredited nursing program, a Missouri RN license, and at least three years of experience in nursing.
The position demands strong skills in patient care management, teamwork, and emergency response, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of patient records.
To act as patient advocate, providing continuity of care designed to meet individual patient needs through collaboration with other members of the healthcare team and supporting the philosophy, objectives and goals of the facility. The Staff nurse will assess the needs of individual patients including but not limited to adult, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
