Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking an experienced RN to provide safe, patient-centered nursing care and to lead and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality clinical practices and service excellence.

Responsibilities include postpartum education, care plan development, discharge planning, and ensuring adherence to policies and ethical standards while maintaining compassionate teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support).
• neonatal nursing experience is preferred.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.
• Experience in an acute care setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care with a patient-centered focus.
• Educates and assists new mothers with physical and emotional needs postpartum, including infant care education.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans, treatment goals, and discharge strategies.
• Demonstrates compassion, teamwork, and respect in all interactions.
• Adheres to facility policies, standards, and ethical practices to ensure patient safety and quality care.
