Job summary

Community Health Network is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Short Stay - Observation unit in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position involves providing high-quality post-operative care as well as overflow care for Med/Surg and infusion patients. The ideal candidate must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an active Indiana RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Must have an active RN license in Indiana as per Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-operative surgical care and some pre-procedural care.
• Manage overflow inpatient Med/Surg and infusion patients as required.
• Collaborate with procedural care team to deliver exceptional care.
