Responsibilities include clinical supervision, interdepartmental coordination for admissions/transfers, data collection with families and providers, and mentor guidance for students while promoting budget-conscious resource management.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and current Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification; CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and therapeutic systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong communication skills.
