Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Care On Call - Remote in Queens, NY. You will provide high-quality in-home care to patients, working on an on-call schedule including weekdays, weekends, and evenings, while supporting our mission to deliver care where patients live.

This role offers flexible scheduling, 1:1 patient care, and opportunities for education and growth. A valid RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience are required, with home care experience

• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home Care experience preferred.

What Is Required?
