We are seeking a skilled Perioperative RN for a 13-week travel contract. This position provides a great opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment, supporting patients before, during, and after their procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgery
• Assess, plan, and implement perioperative nursing care
• Assist in the preparation of the operating room and equipment
• Monitor patients during surgical procedures and provide post-operative care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a perioperative nursing role
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Must be available to start on 6/16/2025
