Job summary

Coastal Manor in Yarmouth, Maine, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing and residential care team. You will help develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents, and collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team.

You will evaluate patients, observe conditions, administer medications per protocols, and document medical information to ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current Maine RN license.
• Experience working in a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents.
• Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
• Accurately document and maintain records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families.
• Advocate for residents' rights and preferences in all aspects of care.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
