National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse in Yarmouth, ME to provide essential nursing care to residents. The role focuses on assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

You will oversee care delivery, support LPNs and CNAs, and contribute to a high standard of living for residents with ongoing professional development and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Responsabilidades

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care
