- Documents responses to interventions, demonstrating understanding of patients' responses to treatments.
- Identifies behaviors contributing to crises; employs verbal and non-verbal techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Plans nursing interventions for assigned patients.

- Nursing certificate/diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
