Eagle Home Care, a LHCSA, is seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Nurses to perform in-home health assessments and deliver quality patient care. This per diem, part-time role offers flexible scheduling in Rockland County and surrounding areas.

RNs must hold an active NYS license and be able to travel to patients’ homes, with prior home health experience preferred. The position emphasizes independent work and adherence to DOH regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of approved school of nursing.
• Current NYS RN license.
• 1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred).
• Able to function independently with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to travel to patient’s homes.

• Maintain close communication with the Director of Patient Services in the office, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

• Seeking a professional Registered Nurse to perform health assessments for patients in their home to assess a patient’s health care status and needs
• Monitor and train Aide staff on patient plan of care and infection control
