Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for ESRD patients in a fast-paced dialysis setting. You will partner with patients and families to support their treatment plans and comfort.

The role requires an ADN/BSN or diploma in nursing, current RN license, and valid BLS/CPR certification. Prior dialysis or critical care experience is preferred, and the organization offers a supportive, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN or diploma may substitute for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care to ESRD patients.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment.

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.

Salary Range:

• $30 - $55 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
