Job summary

Penn Medicine's Chester County Hospital is seeking a Pediatric RN for a per diem night shift (7:00pm–7:30am). A BSN and at least 15 months of pediatric experience are required, with orientation provided to ensure clinical readiness.

Applicants must hold a Pennsylvania RN license and CPR certification; NRP is required or to be completed within 12 months of hire. The hospital offers a collaborative culture and strong focus on patient and family-centered care.

Education Training and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Must have a minimum of 15+ months of pediatric experience.
• Training and specialty specific education programs are provided during orientation and must be successfully completed as scheduled.

Licensure/Certification

• Current Pennsylvania RN License.
• CPR certification required.
• NRP certification required or must complete within 12 months of hire.
