Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Ohio is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics and OR to provide nursing care in a pediatric acute care hospital. Key responsibilities include performing patient assessments, implementing intraoperative safety interventions, assisting physicians with care plans, and maintaining continuity between the operating room and patient care units.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio RN license, a BSN or in progress, and current BLS/ACLS certifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OR (Peds) nursing experience.
• BSN required or in progress.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• American Heart Association certification.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and document findings.
• Implement interventions to ensure safety during surgery.
• Assist physicians with perioperative care plans.
• Maintain continuity between OR and patient care units.

• strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills,
• current BLS and ACLS certifications,

• prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery, or laser experience is a plus.
