Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in the United States is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our outpatient pediatric care team as a triage nurse.

You will assess patients by phone and in-person, educate patients, coordinate care, support transitions, and collaborate with providers and care managers to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan. CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in a medical or physician office preferred.
