Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient care team as a Contingent RN Triage Nurse in the Pediatric Division, covering for any of our 11 pediatric offices.

You’ll perform clinical triage, care coordination, and patient education, support transitions of care and follow-up, and collaborate with providers, care managers, pharmacists, and behavioral health specialists to improve outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Valid, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan. Valid CPR certification.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of clinical experience in a medical or physician office preferred.
