A healthcare provider organization is seeking a Registered Nurse for Pediatric Clinical Research to conduct mobile visits, and collect specimens. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of RN experience and current licensing. Responsibilities include performing vital signs, blood draws, and ECGs for pediatric patients aged 14 and above, with paid travel to Brady, TX. Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.

Registered Nurse Pediatric Clinical Research

Pay

Base pay: $55.00/hr (per diem/PRN per EmVenio Clinical Research).

Standard Rate: $55.00 hourly plus commute, mileage, training, and administrative pay.

Position Overview

The Certified Mobile Research Nurse (CMRN) is a registered nursing per diem/PRN position responsible for setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for study participants. You will work cooperatively with Clinical Project Managers, Coordinators, and site personnel to complete visits and submit accurate source documentation. The CMRN will visit a pediatric population ages 14+ and perform the following skills:

• Blood and urine specimen collection and processing
• Management of investigational product
• 12‑lead ECG
• Perform visits between Monday and Thursday during standard business hours
• Travel to Brady, TX (paid travel)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing phlebotomy/peripheral blood draw, IVs, and subcutaneous injections (last practice within 6 months preferred)
• One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
• Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records, including documentation of medical history and medication charting
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Licensed driver with good driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair
• Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to speak other languages
