Incredible Health in Grand Blanc, MI is hiring for a Registered Nurse - PCU / Stepdown to provide high-acuity patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher, is licensed as an RN, and brings experience in stepdown, neurology, or cardiac units.

Strong proficiency with hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac rhythms, and EMR systems is required to ensure accurate orders and excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher required.
• Active RN license required.
• 1 year of stepdown, neurology, cardiac, or similar medium-high acuity experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation; proficient with advanced nursing care.
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, monitor vital signs and IV drips.
• Administer medications and execute complex treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and use of BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen devices and vital sign or glucose monitors.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records in line with hospital policies.

Qualifications
