Job summary

AdventHealth in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PCU, night shift, full-time. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor responses to treatment to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Required RN licensure with BLS. Associate degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's is preferred. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are noted; a corporate mission emphasizes holistic care and compassionate service.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.

• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.

Job Description:
