Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process and protocols.
• Document findings accurately and report changes to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Engage in infection control and safety practices and participate in audits and improvement initiatives.
• Perform duties in orthopedics care including pre/post-operative support and pain management.
