Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency in the United States is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical environment.

You will complete assessments, develop care plans, administer treatments, educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and collaborate with physicians and the health care team to ensure safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required) with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and participate in decision-making and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and address patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans, including patient and family education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide direct patient care through treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies and protocols.
• Evaluate nursing interventions' effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to proactively meet patient needs and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment, ensuring optimal patient and family experiences.
