Job summary

SoftPath Medical is seeking a Per Diem PCU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical staffing team. The RN will hold an active state license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and bring at least two years of acute care experience.

Flexibility to float to Medical‑Surgical units is required, with supervision references onsite for credential verification. The role includes night shifts of 12 hours (6:30 PM to 7:00 AM) and orientation shifts to align with clinical availability.

Qualifications

• Valid State License along with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in acute care.
• Flexibility to float to Medical‑Surgical units when necessary.
• Two supervisory references: one from the past year and another from the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Two supervisory references: one from the past year and another from the past two years

Orientation

• One 8-hour shift with the education team onsite, including completion of required modules
• One full shift working directly on the unit
• Both orientation shifts scheduled according to clinical availability

Shift Details

• Night shifts, 12 hours each
• Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
