The Pavilion at McLean Hospital, a premier residential program in the country, provides comprehensive evaluations for adults 18+ with a range of psychiatric illnesses including depression and anxiety.
This overnight per diem RN position requires licensure and offers opportunities to lead nursing care, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and support recovery goals in a dynamic clinical setting.

Utilizing the nursing process, responsibility for providing for immediate and long-term nursing care needs of patients within the standards of the department, hospital and regulatory agencies.
