Job summary

The RN will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other providers, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement in patient flow and safety across units.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 1 year of acute care experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assess bed availability and coordinate patient admissions and transfers.
• Proficient in electronic bed management systems.
• Coordinate patient flow and liaise with healthcare providers.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain patient privacy.
• Assist with problem-solving for patient movement/orders.
• Monitor emergent conditions (STEMI) and ED transfers.
