Job summary

Benefis Health System in Montana is seeking an Oncology Case Manager to coordinate care across the cancer continuum. You will identify patient and family needs, mobilize community resources, and partner with the health care team to ensure timely follow-up.

The role requires RN licensure in Montana, oncology experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OCN preferred and case management or discharge planning experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Montana.
• Three or more years of oncology experience preferred.
• Case management or discharge planning experience preferred.
• OCN certification is preferred.

Education/License/Experience Requirements:

• Licensed in the State of Montana as a registered nurse.
• OCN Preferred.
• Three or more years of oncology experience preferred.
• Case management or discharge planning experience preferred.

Requires problem solving, decision making, and critical thinking. Requires excellent leadership, organizational, written, and verbal communication, and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work in a self-directed environment, with an ability to work with and lead teams. Strong presentation skills. Ability to implement professional and community-based education programs. Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office required.
