Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• NIHSS training can be obtained through various organizations and learning systems that offer courses from the American Heart Association.
• The RN has a responsibility to act as an educator to their peers, patients, and their families.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care while providing a holistic view of the patient.
• Performs initial assessments to establish a baseline for future comparisons and individualize care.
• Maintains documentation accuracy and ensures supplies are available; adheres to credentialing requirements.
• Upholds hospital standards and supports Jupiter Medical Center's mission and vision.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
