Job summary

Jefferson Health's Kennedy University Hospitals, Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process.

You will address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of diverse patients in collaboration with care partners. You will develop individualized care plans, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and provide education to patients and families while working within inter-professional teams

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• RN - Licensed Registered Nurse in NJ required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and cultural awareness.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients and families.
• Understanding of discharge planning and patient education.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and safety protocols.
