Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required; RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact)

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates patient conditions and helps with the care plan.
• Delivers care per plan and coordinates with the care team to ensure safety and quality.
• Communicates care plans with patients, families, and staff; maintains documentation.
• Pursues performance improvement and professional development.
• Mentors and supports other nurses and fosters a positive work environment.
