• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Six (6) months or more of nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency with Hackensack Meridian Health.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, with accountability for improving patients' lives.
• Strong teamwork, ongoing education, and passion to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research, policies, and standards of care.
• Collect comprehensive patient health data and perform age- and disease-specific assessments.
• Identify status changes and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and coordinate a patient/family-centered plan of care and communicate it across the team.
• Coordinate discharge planning and ensure safe transitions of care.
